Aroung the time when the Leatherman PST first came out, early 80's, I was working for a hardware store running a backhoe and trencher putting in water lines on farms. I was always in and out of the hole getting tools - saw to cut pipe, screwdriver to tighten clamps. One day the owner said, "Hey, check out this new tool we got in." After looking over the Leatherman I was impressed. I quickly threw the box on his desk, pocketed the Leatherman, and said put this one down to the store. As I was walking out of his office he was shouting, "What! Do you know how much that thing costs?"

 

 

That was many years ago and I have carried that Leatherman all these years. It has taken quite a beating over the years and I am sending it in to be fixed.  I hope it won't take long; I feel naked without it. Thanks for making a great tool.
