Thanks and Appreciation

My best friend gave me a Super Tool 200 as a farewell gift when I left Zimbabwe at the end of 2001. I have used this tool for the last 10 years just about every day and I have put up with the taunts from my family about always going everywhere with it [I always have the last laugh when they need to use it]. This tool felt like an extension to my hand and reaching for it became second nature.

Eventually the tool became very loose and worn, so my son offered to buy me a new one, however the tool had a sentimental value both because it was a gift and because of the great service it has delivered. I work on heavy agricultural machinery so the tool has had a tough life, and been lucky to survive not being lost or stolen. I was amazed to find out that the tool could be fixed under warranty even after so many years, unbelievable in this day and age. So within a few weeks after sending it to be repaired I received a new Super Tool 300. Thanks for this amazing service; I am a customer for life. Please look after my old Leatherman ST 200; she was a sh..t hot tool.
