I just received my Leatherman replacement back from you (Thursday) and I am amazed at the prompt turnaround time. I mailed it in 3 June; that's almost return mail, and there was a weekend in there. My son gave me the first one about five years ago, and I was so impressed with the quality and usefulness of it, I bought him one (he didn't have one himself; he said "they're expensive!"). Anyway, I've often thought you've got a cult thing going here, but that's all right with me. Thanks for a good product and the prompt service. You don't need to respond.
