great tool...great company...great warranty

No great story but inspired to write. I use my leatherman every day....every. day. All I know is its tough and I do everything with it. Recently it broke. I sent it back missing it every day and using an older leatherman got me by. In ten days from when I sent it in....I received a replacement. You guys rock. Thanks
