What do you buy a man that works with his hands? About 10 years ago that was what my staff was wrestling around with for Christmas for me. They knew I love tools and I use them, but I had everything. Then my secretary seen the Leatherman Wave at Costco. She knew I didn't have one of these. They purchased it as a group and had my company name engraved on the side. When I opened the gift, I laughed. I thought they wasted their money. I thought I would never use something like this. I soon found out the laugh was on me. I wouldn't be without it now. It has truely become an extention of my right hand. I panicked when I broke it some years later. I immediately sent my secretary out to buy a new one. Then I found out it was covered under warranty. I couldn't be without my tool so I kept the second one while I sent the first one off. I couldn't believe the ease of the return. Now I have two Leatherman Wave's, one for a backup. I have broken my tool on several other occassions and have never had problems getting them repaired or replaced. This is not a tool that sets in my toolbox. There is not a day that goes by that I don't use it. It's like American Express, I don't leave home without it. I would highly recommed the Leatherman Wave to anyone.
