I was shocked after recieving a brand new replacement of the "Wave". Sending in my older earlier "in need of repair" model, I was hesitant to be left without it for an unknown amount of time was not a comfortable feeling. I honestly must use it everyday as a locksmith.thank you for honoring your warrantee policy and your generosity to replace my older broken one with a brand new one and case !. I was overjoyed to open the package and find it inside. Ever greatful,
