About two weeks ago I broke the plier jaw of my Leatherman Squirt P4 that I have carried for about 4 years. Of course I was distraught to find myself with a crippled old friend. I carry it always and cannot begin to explain how many times I had used it. After breaking the tool I went to the Leatherman's website and discovered the 25 yr warranty. I immediately sent the "Squirt" as directed and less than 10 days later, I had a Squirt PS4 sent as a replacement. Happy days are here again! Fortunately, I had a Leatherman "Wave" to use until I received the replacement. Cannot thank Leatherman enough for the prompt service and for standing behind their quality product.
