Twice I have returned my WAVE leatherman multi-tool for service. Both times my tool was returned back to me quickly and completely restored. My only cost was shipping the unit to the warranty department. I've worked on boats, residential and commercial construction, and now in weatherization. I can't tell you the number of times my WAVE has been the tool I reach for to solve a problem. Needless to say, I am naked without my leatherman. The prompt service I have received from this company affirms my belief that American companies can exceed foreign companies in all aspects. Worth every penny!
