Tell Us Your Tale

OK, you voyeur, you. Enough of reading other people's stories. It's time you told your own tale of gripping heroism or even just neat DIY'ism. We know there's a Shakespeare in you somewhere. Don't make us use the Steens to find it.

Service Provided

I live in Indonesia and often use my tool, but some months ago I realized that my tool’s sheath was missing.

I know my son loves to "fix" his toys with my tool and he has a habit of "loosing" things, so I wasn’t all that surprised when he told me that he had lost it. What gave greater concern was how to get a new one. After all, it is easier to carry the tool along in its sheath.

Searching the web I found a retailer in Indonesia but as I thought, they could not help. That’s when I decided to send an E-mail to Leatherman OR. Not to beg, but to buy.

A few days ago I received my new brand new sheath. Free of charge and sent to my address in Indonesia. Some would probably call this a regular service provided, but having lived in Indonesia for a few years I have experienced that there are no such thing as free of charge nor good service.

Thanks Leatherman for your outstanding service and help. I carry my tool with pride and will promote both the tool and your service wherever I travel.
