First 10 people who sign up for any particular date - plan ahead as far as you need.

 For safety reasons, children under the age of 12 are not permitted in the factory.  Adults who have difficulty standing for long periods of time are discouraged from taking the tour due to the amount of time and walking involved.  Wheelchairs welcome.
