To send us a tool for warranty service, please
take the following steps:

Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for tools
that never reach us. In the package, please include
your name, phone number, return STREET address and
a brief description of all the problems. Please do not ship us your tool sheath.

legibly so we can get it back to you as quickly as possible.

Note: When you use UPS your package
is automatically insured up to $100. We recommend
using UPS or FedEx instead of the US Post Office
because the Post Office cannot track a lost package
directly to Leatherman, only to the local Post Office branch.
