Efficiency is the name of the game with the Leatherman Kick. Thoughtful engineering means blades are longer, sharper, and stronger. A tapped screw allows you to choose a pocket clip (sold separately) instead of a belt sheath. The Kick has the same super-strong pliers as larger Leatherman tools, but with a narrow shape and light weight. The Kick is perfect for smaller hands with big jobs to do.

Kick® Tools

  1. Needlenose Pliers

A cast pinching tool with an angled nose for holding or manipulating materials, ideal for small objects or tight spaces.

  2. Regular Pliers

A cast pinching tool for holding or manipulating materials.

  3. Hard-wire Cutters

Bypassing cutting blades ideal for cutting hard wire.

  4. Wire Cutters

420 HC stainless steel bypass cutting blades, meant for cutting regular-gauge wire.

  5. Wire Stripper

A useful notch for safely stripping multiple types of wire.

  6. 420HC Blade

A blade crafted from 420HC, a high-carbon stainless steel that is corrosion resistant and can be easily maintained.

A tool that allows the user to pop the top on a favorite beverage.

  10. Phillips Screwdriver

Created originally by Henry F. Phillips, this screwdriver is for use on Phillips head screws.

  11. Large Screwdriver

A flat bladed screwdriver tooled from 420HC stainless steel, intended for use on larger slotted screws.

  12. Small Screwdriver

A flat bladed screwdriver tooled from 420HC stainless steel, intended for use on small slotted screws.

Kick® Features

  1. Lanyard Ring

This secure ring is for attaching the tool safely and securely to a lanyard. Often people who work near water or on scaffolding attach their tool to a lanyard on their person to avoid losing the tool if it's dropped.

            Comments about Kick:

The Kick is discontinued....I believe it is replaced by the Rebar, which has more tools. The Kick is a basic multitool, but it IS a Leatherman. I bought several for gifts. It is perfect for a low-cost, reliable tool set in an emergency kit. It could save a life, and I would trust my life to it.

I carry the new Wave as an EDC, and leave the Supertool 300 in the truck for bigger jobs.

P.S. Shipping was very slow by today's standards. Ordered on Thursday, went out on Tuesday. I wrote the company to tell them so.

              Comments about Kick:

I purchased the KICK and the pocket clip to put on it. I installed it and I could not get it to tighten up, so that the clip would not be loose. The screw that holes the clip on is as tight that I can get it. The tapped screw is turning and the clip is still loose. What to do? I love the Kick, I have a PSE II that after all these years I still love. I got a Sidekick last for me to replace the PSE II. It is Great too. The Kick is for my son for X-mas and I would like to get it right before I give it to him. Please let me know how to correct this problem if you can. Thanks, Michael E. Burgess

Leatherman is the tool my son has always used on jobs. He likes that it is warranted and lasts a long time. He also likes the variety of tools in each of Leathermans products. He says the Leatherman is small enough to easily carry in your pocket but big enough to handle any job you tackle!

I've used this tool almost every day for four years performing aircraft maintenance. It's been with me in my travels from Virginia to South Korea and Washinton to Afghanistan. I've finally decided to upgrade to the MUT, the pliers teeth are starting to wear and the wire cutters can't cut anything below 32/1000 wire. The knife has been particularly durable as well as the phillips bit. This is a very handy and trustworthy tool.

Used the Kick for 12 years in an industrial field as maintenance tech. Love the tool, sad to see it retired. Got the Wingman as a replacement, haven't used it much yet but I assume it will be professional as the kick. The no question warranty services that I experienced is world class! World Class company in my book.
