That's right, Leatherman has a retail store located just a few minutes away from our manufacturing facility at Cascade Station. Stop by, find a gift and get it engraved*, drop a tool off for warranty repair, or just check out the entire Leatherman line in one unique location.

While You're In The Area Take a Factory Tour:
Just a few minutes east. Call or come in to sign up for a factory tour. Here's what you need to know:
Wednesday at 10 am. The tour lasts approximately 1 hour.
For the summer travel season, June thru August, we will begin conducting tours on Friday at 10 am in addition to our regularly scheduled Wednesday tours.
Visit our retail store or call 503-408-5550 anytime up until 8:00 pm the night before a tour date to sign up. Availability will vary based on the number of reservations previously received for the date in question. Walk-ins who show up at the factory the morning of the tour will be allowed to fill the spaces of those who made reservations, but did not show up, and will be limited to the number of spaces available up to the maximum of 10 people over the age of 12.
First 10 people who sign up for any particular date - plan ahead as far as you need.
