Multiple Leatherman's
I don't have any specific stories, but a general one. I carry three (3) Leatherman Tools with me almost all the time. First, there is the original Leatherman, purchased about 15 years ago. It's always on my belt. I have used it for just about everything you can think of. I lost it overnight at the big Star Party at Bear Lake, California. I'd put it on my belt upside down, and of course it fell out. Turned up, peeking out from under a leaf just a few feet from our trailer.
The second is a Micra, which I carry on a key chain with my medicines. It trims my toe and finger nails, cuts out coupons and many lighter jobs. Finally, there is the Hybrid Pruner, which my wife gave me for my 78th Birthday, earlier this month. The pruner is superior to any I've used, and having them on my belt is outstanding. I'm sure it will be with me until I die.
