Wedding Save
I have owned a couple of different Leatherman and used them for all sorts of things. Probably the funniest time I have though was during my wedding. The ceremony was going great right up until the point where we were getting the rings from the pillow. My wife had made the pillow and it looked great. Just to make sure the rings stayed put, she had used ribbon with wire built in to attach them to the pillow.
Well, that worked a little too well as the knots in the ribbon wouldn't come undone. I was able to get her ring off of the pillow by just pulling it straight off but she could not get my ring off of there. I tried to help her using the same method of pulling that I'd used to remove the other ring but it just would not budge. So rather than let it affect the ceremony, I reached in to my pocket and pulled out my Leatherman Micra. One quick cut with the scissors and the ring was free...much to the amusement of all our guests.

OK, you voyeur, you. Enough of reading other people's stories. It's time you told your own tale of gripping heroism or even just neat DIY'ism. We know there's a Shakespeare in you somewhere. Don't make us use the Steens to find it.
