This three-ounce gem features 154CM blade steel, engineered to provide triple the edge retention of typical stainless steel knives. The handle is created from machined aluminum and glass-reinforced nylon to look great and keep weight to a minimum. Available with a plain (model e304x) or combo edge (e305x).
