Second to None

This is not a tale of use, just service... My partner bought me a Leatheman Wave as a Valentines gift... And I loved it as I use a multitool daily in my job (SAR)... So having a top quality tool like the Wave is a huge bonus.
 
I was doing maintenance on some kit we had used that day and had left the screw drive still out (glasses one) and unfortunately I knocked it off the table. It hit the floor on the screw drive snapping it in half... I searched on line for a replacement as I use the tool a lot but could not fine one anywhere. So I email Leatherman and explained what had happen.  I recieved an email from them asking for my address so they could send me a couple free of charge. I would have been happy to pay, but they insisted that they would ship it free.  Now as far as I am oncerned that is dam good customer service.... I wish other companies would be like this, but instead they would have charged me for the part.
 
Thank you, Leaherman.  I will recommend you to everyone I come across.
