That's Service!
I can't say enough good about your company. I had 20 year old multi-tool, don't even know what kind, but it got me through thick and thin, woods, water, work and play. When the pliers didn't work quite right, and I broke a blade, I sent it to you; you sent me a new Blast.
The important part of the story was you took care of it. You are not kidding when you say you have a 25 year warranty. The service was fantastic; it took less that 2 weeks. Again, thanks for the wonderful service. I'll tell all my friends. Yes, in this day and age, there are companies that stand by their products.
