My Wave
Well for me it started back in 1998, now even though before I had owned many knives and a few SAK's and cheaper versions. For me this is a long story so I'll shorten it. Before my father left in 1998 (I was 9), he got me a Leatherman Wave. This is the only gift I ever remember him getting me. This tool has always amazed me as its got everything I've ever needed in a MT. Leathermans are amazingly made and with the warranty you know you have back up if anything goes wrong. I can't recommend Leathermans enough. Mine holds sentimental value. I was recently given a PST - what a lovely made tool - plus I have a Kick with a clip attached that I carry every day. This is a very lightweight useful tool. For me there is only one Multitool to buy.
