I have owned two different Leatherman products. One was a multi-use knife and the other is a Skeletool CX. I have had to send both in for warranty from time to time and I've never had a single issue with a Leatherman warranty. Service is fast, which is great because I feel naked until I get my tool back. I cannot tell you how many times I reach down and am disappointed when it is not in my pocket, but it does make for a great feeling when I check the mail and my tool is there waiting for me. They are quality products and Leatherman really stands behind them. You have a customer for life...THANK YOU.
