UNBELIEVABLE WARRANTY SERVICE

There is no heroism involved here, just a great American company that makes a great American product giving warranty service in the American fashion. I sent my Skeletool in for warranty on Monday Feb 22nd, after the jaw had broken. On Saturday, Feb 27th I was amazed when I went to my mailbox and found my new Leatherman Skeletool. Outstanding warranty service. Maybe the operators of Leatherman Tool Group need to go to Washington D.C. and square those clowns away. Thanks for making an excellent product and standing behind it!
