Not much of a tale, but rather a note to thank you for such a great product and simply outstanding service from Eastern Outdoor Sales. I have owned several Leatherman models over the years including the original Leatherman, the Micra, and the Super Tool. I lost my original Leatherman and as a result purchased the Super Tool. This tool has always been by my side for many years and always performed.

 

After many years of service it had developed some minor issues so I decided to send it in to have repaired. Upon receiving my package today I was absolutely shocked to unwrap a new SuperTool 300. I would've been quite happy to find my old Super Tool freshened up, but this new tool is simply amazing. The changes have addressed all the issues (and reasons I sent in the old one) with much better features. The tool locks, the pliers, and the ease of taking out just one tool as just some of the better ideas. I could go on but just want to say thank you for the service. I will be a Leatherman customer for a long time.
