I was an automotive service advisor for 15 years at a high-end dealership where top-notch customer service is absolutely key. At a dealership, getting vehicles into the shop for minor things like bulb replacements, wiper blades, minor adjustments is, at best, a frustrating experience, so I used to do what I could for my customers myself outside. I always carry my Leatherman Fuse and can't think of a day when I haven't used it.

 

Eventually my co-workers started borrowing my Leatherman to do the same things I was doing and two of them bought their own.
