I recently had my Leatherman Super Tool 200 break. I have this one since 1994 and the saw blade snapped while in use. This tool has been extremely valuable to me in personal use and business use. I spoke with a Leatherman customer service rep that gave me the information to send it back to them for repair. I was very impressed with how they handled this warranty process. I sent it back and in about two weeks they sent me a replacement Super Tool 300. I was taken back on how fast the service was and that they even upgraded it to the new Super Tool. This is one of the main reasons I purchase only Leatherman products for use in the field. Thank you Leatherman for outstanding customer service and excellent product development. Cannot wait for the MUT to be released.
