Outstanding customer service

I have been a Leatherman user since the original PST came out. I currently own five different models which I rotate as needed. I recently broke the plier tip off of my Leatherman Wave, which has provided me with ten years of reliable service. I also had a saw blade snap off on my Super Tool, which also was over ten years old. The pliers on my Wave were virtually useless with the broken tip and I couldn't imagine not having it on my belt, so I logged on to the Leatherman website to look for a replacement. I started reading about the 25 year warranty and decided to send in my Wave and Super Tool for repair. To my amazement I received a new Wave and a Leatherman Surge in place of my old tools in only seven days.

Thank you, Leatherman staff, for an awesome job and for standing behind your product. I will never even consider buying anything other than a Leatherman Tool. You have earned a lifetime customer and I will always recommend Leatherman to my friends and family.
