Great Customer Service...Hands Down
I broke one of the noses on the pliers when I was trying to straighten a hinge on my daughter's stroller. I was shocked when it happened, and I was devastated that my original Super Tool after many years of service broke right in front of me. I took a chance and sent the Super Tool back to Leatherman to see what they would do, if anything. I figured that they would send it back saying sorry, but there is nothing we can do.
To my amazement they replace my 13 year old tool with a brand new Super Tool 300!!! The only part I was not nearly pleased with was the sheath they sent with it. It was bulky and didn't really fit the tool. I went to their website and ordered a nylon one instead. I figured the sheath was not that big of a deal, because I love the tool and highly recommend doing business with Leatherman in any way possible. They have a life time customer and I will definitely recommend their products to anyone that ask!
