All I can say is "WOW!!!" I mailed my Leatherman Wave to you guys on October 26, 2010 with a bent liner-lock on the main knife blade. Today, Nov 1st, it's back in my pocket. That's a 6 day turnaround including shipping in both directions... Unbelievable... It must have been in and out of your facility the same day.

OBTW, I've owned my Wave for about 8 years. Unlike other multi-tools I've tried, I have used every tool on this unit multiple times. The knife and needle nose get used almost every day. I feel lost without it. The addition of the optional belt-clip has made this tool "handy as a pocket on a shirt". I carry it clipped in my right front pants pocket where it's always "right there". The only way to improve this unit, I believe, would be to make the diamond sharpener blade removable (a feature on some other models.) It's not too large, it's not too small. I just can't say enough...
