I had a Leatherman Micra for years. Finally one of the tweezer blades broke off. Since I live a few miles from Leatherman headquarters, I decided to drive it there instead of mailing it. I had no idea how long I had the Micra, and didn't have a purchase receipt. I went to the front desk and told the lady I needed some warranty work done. She gave me a little card to fill out, and I figured they would fix it and mail it back to me. I expected that I'd at least have to pay for the postage. Instead, she took the broken tool, handed me a new one, and I was on my way. Total time -- around 2 minutes. Several years later I'm still using the Micra every day.
