Motto should be "LEAVE NOTHING BROKEN"

I have been a Leatherman owner for years, but never had one break until recently. In the past 2 months I broke my Skeletool CX TWICE.   Both times I might have been a bit rough on it, but to my surprise BOTH times I sent it in, it was fixed and returned to me at NO charge. I thought for sure that in sending it back the second time I would get the 'sorry, but you will need to pay X', but today I got it back good as new.
 
I want to tell this tale, not because the knife saved my life or I cut my way out of a burning crashed car, but because of the stellar customer service and how I want EVERYONE to know you are truly a company that stands behind their product. As I have said, I have had many Leatherman tools but even though I broke the Skeletool CX it is the best Leatherman I own. Keep up the great service.
