Faster Than A Speeding Bullet !!!!

I just wanted to say "thank you so much" for the speed at which my tool was returned. I had sent my "Kick" in for warranty , because I had broken the tip of the knife off while using it at work. I am a Chicago Firefighter (23yrs) an have my Leatherman on my side at all times. I can't tell you how often it has been put to use. It also doubles as my "sidekick" when I go fishing. You have made me a customer for life. Thank you so much, and keep up the great work!
