Maintenance Tech
I work in the maintenance department at a hospital. I have used my Leatherman on several occasions in the Emergency room when the tools the nurses have just won't work.
On one occasion a young man came into the E.R. with a wooded shingle stapled to his hand. The cutters the nurses had could not cut the shingle or the staple. I used the wire cutters on my Wave to split the shingle and then cut the staple. I have also used my Charge to disassemble a ski boot to get it off of a broken foot.
I have owned a Leatherman tool for 15 years and have enjoyed them all. I just purchased a Leatherman Hybrid and look forward to using it.
