I don't really have a tale, other than the fact that my Leatherman Wave has been on my belt forever. The other day I was working with it and the tip broke off of the main blade, at any rate, I sent it in with a short note of explanation and received a new (or refurbished, but like new) one a few days later! Needless to say that I was thrilled because even in that short time , I felt completely naked without it and it feels great to have it back with me.
