Just deleted an even longer text about how fantastic the Charge TTI is and how amazed I was when I received it. What it all came down to is that, Leatherman has been something mythical for me when I was a kid. When I finally decided to buy one (years to late) I was amazed in the same way as when I first saw the Wave. I bought myself a Charge TTI and have used it for many years in all kinds of situations. My brother in law got one for his birthday and Leathermans reputation has been upheld for years now. Unfortunately, some time ago the big screwdriver broke off. I always knew about the 25 year warranty but what, if for some reason this was only a marketing tale. I actually did not want to send my tool back to where I got it from, since I was afraid that it would get lost and I would have to go on without it. So, I kept using it without sending it back. Now just one week ago I finally bit the bullet and shipped it back to the supplier. A really good follow up and feedback kept me positive about recovering my Charge again. And today, after only 4 or 5 days, my hopefulley repaired Charge came back. Actually it was not repaired, a brand new masterpiece was uncovered as I opened the package. As amazed I was when I first saw the Leatherman Wave, as amazed I was of the quality and versatility when I finally got my Charge TTI, I had the same feeling when, even in Belgium, Leatherman is doing all that it promises. After a hard working day I felt like that kid again and it felt good. Thank you.
