I got my first Leatherman in 2008 as a gift for my birthday. It was a Surge. I loved (still do) it but when I found out about the pocket clip, it never left my pocket; dates, meetings, whatever. I use it everyday. Well, I started looking at what else Leatherman had. I saw the retired pruners (Hybrid, Vista, and Genus) and I had to have one as I raise a garden and trees. Being retired, they weren't offered new, but I couldn't let it go. I finally found a Vista on eBay and bid immeadiately! But I couldn't stop there, oh no! I bought a Style CS from Sears because, well, I LOVE my Surge. All it took was my mother using it once and she HAD to have it. I gave it up because my Surge has all the tool the Style had. But then, what is this?! A Leatherman dedicated to wire strippers?! (Squirt ES4) I had to have it. Needless to say, I find reasons to get a new Leatherman. But my Surge is always with me; I cannot replace it, only add to my collection
