Thirteen years ago, I received my Leatherman Wave as a gift, as I was first starting out in the electrical trade. It is easily the most useful tool I own. It has saved me countless trips down the ladder/to the tool box. It is one of those things I make sure I don't forget during my morning pat down, before I leave the house. Unfortunately, the knife blade broke a few weeks ago. I sent it back to Leatherman for repairs, even though I didn't have a receipt or any proof of when I got it. I received a letter from Leatherman stating that didn't support the older model tool I had sent them, so they sent me the newest model Wave as a replacement. Amazing support! Way to stand by your product! I am a customer for life! Best tool I own! Thank you!
