Long story short.
I was just about to drop you a line about how my CHARGE is clipped to me on about 2400 troubleshoot/repair service calls per year. It gets used on about half of those. Out of that half, I am able to rectify the situation with the help of the Leatherman alone. Trips back to truck avoided: Millions over the last 11 years. I was gonna tell you this and more about your awsome warranty department and how I have such a phobia of being without my tool that I also own two Surges and three Waves ( recently gave my son an early production Wave) and about how Gerber and SOG tools fail under professional use. I had some cool "saved the day storys too. But I got to cut it short 'cause my wife just came in and the gears on her bike aren't changing right and I've been waiting to try out the new Charge the warranty dept sent for almost an hour.
