Several years ago my husband and I decided that we would get ourselves multi-tools for Christmas. I thought it would be a great idea since I'm in the house all day and always need a tool to fix something. He chose Leatherman Charge with the sheath and other assesories that go inside the sheeth. Quite some time after Christmas, my husband mentioned that maybe getting the multi-tool wasn't as good a gift for me as he had hoped. I asked him why, he said because we don't use it. He assumed since he didn't have time to use his that I didn't use mine. I laughed so hard and happily said "oh yes I do, every day! I love my multi-tool!" He said "really", I said "yes, every day I need it for something, batteries for a kids toys, the door is loose, something needs to be unjammed, I think it was a great gift". He smiled and said as long as you are happy. I said yes I am, I love my Leatherman. This tool goes with me everywhere, my kids says "mommy can do anything because she has her multi-tool". I love being able to fix a toy and being a hero to my kids because my husband chose Leatherman, Thank you Leatherman, and thank you Cindy for telling me about "tool tales" so that I can share my story. I broke a bit from my Leatherman, I was so upset when I called customer service. Thinking I would have to get rid of my Leatherman or send it out or something horrible, I have gotten quite attached to my multi-tool and thought it would be a shame if I didn't have all the parts. Cindy at customer service said we will send you the bit, I was overjoyed! My husband was right in choosing Leatherman because they back their guarentee and they truly care about how we feel.
