When the Original Leatherman Tool came on the market my late wife gave me one for a Gift. I was an Active Safety Professional and an Active member of a busy Volunteer Fire & Emergency Medical Rescue Unit. My Leatherman Tool became my constant companion. If my pants were on, my Leatherman Tool was on! I utilized my Tool constantly for just about every acitvity I was involved in. Over the years i have managed to demand service from a Tool that exceeded it's structural capability. Even though my demands of the tool were excessive the Leatheman Company honored the Warranty and replaced and on occasion even upgraded the returned Tool. Leatherman Tools have performed outstanding service in Fire, Emergency Medical, Law Enforcement. Outdoor Recreation, Gardening, Disaster Assistance and general household activities and functions. My Leatherman Tool has become my "SECURITY BLANKET'! When deprived of the presense of my Leatherman Tool I Suffer from the POWER OF POSITIVE PARANOIA! On the other hand perhaps being without a PST is Indeed A REASONABLE FEAR!
