You just can't beat Leatherman's warranty service. I've used it two times for minor service. My black Wave handles had loosened up some so I filled out their form and sent it back asking them to tighten it up. no problem and no questions, it was perfect when I received it. On my silver Wave, the saw blade would hit the pull out lanyard ring whenI closed it So I did thesame thing again and again it was adjusted they with no cost or questions. both times I received email's when they were being shipped back. it took less than 10 days. excellent service
