Pleased

I bought a Blast about 4 years ago. This tool is used very much for all sorts of jobs. It broke last summer and I was disappointed, thought it should last longer than it did and second I really like it for the diverse uses it has all within the one tool. I was looking at my options on what other companies had. While doing this I noticed that Leatherman had a 25 year warranty on their tools, others did not. I thought, no way will I get this tool repaired or replaced because I did not have a receipt and secondly just thought they would not be serious about their claim of 25 years. Anyway I went online pulled up Leatherman and saw the return form. I thought, "Well I do not have anything to loose but postage and a little time". So I printed off the form filled it out and sent in the tool. I a very short and resonable time a refurbuished tool was sent to me and received yesterday only a couple of weeks since I sent it back. I am fully satisfied at this time. Like I said, I did not believe they woulld actually do this. Which I had taken a picture but did not think to do this. Thought the least I could do was writer and thank you. Thanks.
