I only sent my Wave to you on Monday, and not only did you replace my Wave with a new one - but I had the replacement in my hand on Friday morning. I cannot think of many other companies who offer such a fantastic, hassle-free service. I have owned and used Leatherman tools for many years and will happily continue to do so, as well as highly recommending them to all.
