Thanks so much for the great turn around on my Leatherman. I'm sorry to see my first Leatherman be too old to be repaired, but really love the Blast you sent me as replacement. My kids got me my first Leatherman for Father's day 1994, and it has been on my belt ever since. I'm NEVER without it! When I was running my custom woodworking business, I was looking at a cabinet repair at a elderly client's home and found the main problem to be some door re-alignment and some loose screws. I used the Leatherman to do the 15 minute repairs. The elderly lady had been quoted over $100.00 to do the repairs, that I did in 15 minutes or so. She was shocked and so grateful, especially when I refused payment for the touch-up repair on the 100 plus year old cabinet, because it was an easy fix and the Leatherman had the necessary tools I needed to fix the problem without going out to the truck to retrieve my toolbox. She was also told the cabinet would have to be taken to a shop for repairs and that upset her, she couldn't believe I fixed it in her house without even moving it.

 

I got a very happy client and over 12 new clients from this one simple fix, all because of my Leatherman. Now I have what is diagnosed as M.S. and fibromyalgia and can no longer hold a job, especially due to the problems with my hands, my Leatherman has been the best thing I own, because of what it helps me to do and acts as my extra righthand. I'm never without it even when I have to go to any formal events in a suit it stays with me on my side. Thanks for creating such an incredible tool and backing up that tool with such an awesome warranty and customer service.
