I have to admit the Leatherman CORE I had for years was my first Leatherman tool. Well after years of use my CORE'S plier jaws broke, and I thought well great, I'll send this back and never see it again. Boy was I ever wrong about that! My CORE was a discontinued model so they sent me a brand spankin new SUPER TOOL 300 with a new sheath and everything. And it was at my house in less than two weeks. These people are serious about their products and have made me a life long customer. I am super impressed with their customer service. I could not be happier with my new tool. I'm a maintenence tech for a large factory and my multi tool is indispensable. I'm looking forward to putting my new tool through its paces. Many thanks to Leatherman for doing an amazing job making great tools for all us working men and women.
