Good company
I've had my leatherman for about 15 years or so. A year or two ago the tip of the pliers broke off and I never got around to sending it in because it was old and I thought that they would probably just tell me that it was too bad and that it couldn't be repaired. I shipped it off and thought that it would be a month or so before I heard back from them. Six days later they sent me a new leatherman (my version wasn't made anymore) along with a letter telling me that they were sorry that I had to be without my leatherman tool for a few days. I wish all companies would operate like this.
