I have had a Leatherman ever since they were available. My latest, the WAVE, has been on my belt for the last decade or so. Recently I tried something stupid and broke both plier fingers off it. Although Leatherman says free fix or replace no matter what I wasn't sure this one would fit. Sent it in with my story and a few days later I received a replacement. Thank you Leatherman Tools! Although I do not have a specific story to tell, having my WAVE on me at all times I cannot begin to count the number of times a day it comes out of it's holster. You can imagine how much time it saves me from having to hunt up a tool to get the job done. Never will be without one (I have a backup!).
