warranty service

i just wanted to write a quick note to comment on Leatherman's awesome warranty. I bought my original Leatherman in 1993 while stationed at Ft Bragg. I happened to save my receipt and owner's manual.
After years of use, one of the hinge pins fell out and was lost. I dug out my old papers, sent the knife in and was sent back a brand new replacement. no hassle. no questions asked.
 
Now THAT'S what I call customer service! thanks, Leatherman!
