I just got my Blast back from the warranty department after about 10 days - thought I might go through a rough period of withdrawals without it on my hip but fortunately I still have my original tool purchased about 20 years ago.

Strange to have such a slim tool at my side but it took care of the scare from not having my favorite too until I got my refurbished tool back from the warranty department. The Blast I was sent looks new not refurbished. I was skeptical of getting a warranty repair as I told the company up front that I abuse my Blast on a daily basis - in fact if they would have taken samples of the junk on the tool, they would have found fish guts, food, grease and oil, dirt, wood, metal and a host of other materials that I have cut, sawn, filed and fixed over the years.

 

All I can say is that this tool has THE BEST warranty of any tool I have ever had - THANKS
