Waving by the Side of the Road

Its 5 o'clock rush hour and I smell something from the A/C vents that tells me something is wrong. I then see the temperature gauge begin to soar. I immediately pull over to the side of I-85 and pop the hood. The upper radiator hose had burst. Now what am I going to do? I called my wife and then the parts store. My wife delivered the new hose and coolant, but my tool box wasn't with me. I grabbed my Leatherman Wave from my laptop case, removed the hose clamps and hose. I had to cut through some of it to get it off. I then replaced the hose with new clamps and refilled the radiator. I was back up and running in less than an hour thanks to my wife and my Leatherman. It is a constant companion that I take almost everywhere.
