Tell Us Your Tale

OK, you voyeur, you. Enough of reading other people's stories. It's time you told your own tale of gripping heroism or even just neat DIY'ism. We know there's a Shakespeare in you somewhere. Don't make us use the Steens to find it.

A Wave for the Surge

Working as a custodian I saw a contractor using a Wave tool and was extremely impressed with its strong construction and all the tools in it. I wrote down the name of it and months later found it online and ordered one. I was very pleased with the saw, scissors, pliers and bit drivers.

One day after using it, I left it lying around and of course it was gone the next morning. I wanted a replacement right away so I went to a Target store and it took me awhile to decide whether to get another Wave or the Surge. I hadn't seen or heard about the Surge and wasn't able to check out it completely in the package but decided to get the Surge.

Wow, for the Surge is much more useful. I use the scissors often and really like the larger one on the Surge and really like it being on the outside. I also like the larger, stronger pliers and have used them to cut chain links. I'm sure the Wave wouldn't be strong enough to cut them. I am extremely pleased with the Surge.
