True American Tool Company

I want to thank everyone at the Leatherman Tool Company for making and standing behind a great tool. I own 3 Leatherman tools, a Super Tool 200, and two Waves. I carry one of these tools every where I go. I have use and abused these tools each and every day. They are great tools.

I had broken the Super Tool about two years ago. I was given a Wave as a gift not long after. Last fall I broke the Wave. My wife, knowing how much I use and love my Leatherman, bought me another Wave, but suggested that I use the warranty on the other two. I was skeptical, knowing how I abuse and use these tools, but she insisted. I sent the two broken tools in expecting to get them back in the same condition. I can't explain how surprised I was six weeks later to receive the tools back fixed and looking good as new. With a note apologizing for taking so long! It just amazes me that there is still a Company out there that stands behind their product the way Leatherman does. To me this is a true American Tool Company. You make Great Tools and you stand behind them!! Thank You for making a Great Tool. I am honored to own and use your product. I will continue to use and carry it with me every day and I'm proud to tell everyone how great a tool it is.
